Junior Social Media & Video Content Specialist

Role Details:

Overview:
- We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media & Video Content Specialist to support video editing, content creation, and social media management across multiple brands and client accounts.
- This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas and raw assets into engaging digital content.
- You will work across short-form video, social media publishing, content ideation, and trend research, with plenty of opportunity to experiment, learn new tools, and grow your creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos for social media using raw footage, photos, graphics, music, captions, transitions, and effects.
- Create and repurpose content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Support social media accounts by organizing, scheduling, and publishing content across different brands and client profiles.
- Research trends, formats, and creative ideas to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Contribute to content calendars and help maintain consistent, organized posting schedules.
- Develop creative concepts based on provided direction, existing assets, and emerging social media trends.
- Monitor content performance and help identify ways to improve engagement and overall content quality.
- Implement feedback and revisions quickly while maintaining organized creative assets and workflows.

Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience in social media content creation, video editing, or a similar digital media role preferred.
- Hands-on experience editing videos and creating content for social media.
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar creative tools.
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media engagement.
- Strong written and conversational English, with the ability to understand tone, messaging, and creative direction.
- Comfortable learning new editing, content, and social media tools quickly.

Nice to Have:
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses, brands, or clients.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools.
- A portfolio or examples of previous video editing and social media work.
