Why the job exists - To create SEO-optimised website content to boost site traffic. - To support the Managing Editor in management of content and team (when required). - To be a gatekeeper of editorial quality on site. What the job covers - Writing 8 articles per month, based on performance reporting, market needs and editorial brief. - Conduct basic article editing and article optimization for SEO. - Maintenance of the assigned websites, ensuring it is up to date editorially and with the latest products. - Communication with clients and brands. - Monitoring search trends for new opportunities to grow traffic. - Creative content ideation for ways to build the brand and support Greenpark clients’ goals. - Liaise with the SEO team to identify key areas of optimisation and content creation. - Working with the Editorial team to align the monthly publishing plan. Responsibilities - Write SEO-optimised articles (including but not limited to topics on lifestyle, real estate, architechture) and copy for videos/other assets based on the content plan, working along with the client on the review process. - Attend immersion/briefing meetings with client and internally - Help to define the content calendar for the upcoming assigned projects. - Help to maintain a CMS platform which operates as an asset bank and newsroom model-writing, leading and overseeing publishing a high volume of written content, videos, and photos (produced in-house). - Reviewing all recently published content to ensure editorial and SEO standards are met. - Updating the homepage on a weekly basis. - Updating all areas of the site monthly for seasonal freshness, including main category pages, navigation items, product carousels. - Help to plan and maintain the article production and coordinating with the studio to ensure high quality and relevant outputs. - Help to guarantee production deadline and targets for the Green Park projects. - Assisting on the transcreation of content, as needed. - Optimisation and creation of articles using SEO best practice as required. - Creation of newsletters that align with key editorial narrative and audience needs. - Collaborate with the Greenpark team on the design of the project (including site sessions, categories, and speech alignment), calendar planning, SEO and technical guidelines and execution, and content production. - Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring the highest and most resonant quality bar for all content at all times.
