Position Overview

Sr. Marketing Manager – Amazon At Home – Amazon Customer Service Jobs (via Jobspromotor). Location: Las Vegas, NV. Full‑time, 8‑hour workday. Salary: $94,600–$185,000 per year, depending on geographic market.

Company & Role

The Client Trust Outer Relations (CTXR) association works to guarantee a positive public impression of Amazon's retail experience. As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will identify opportunities to engage thought leaders, policymakers, and the media, and build a public perception of CTXR programs.

Responsibilities

  • Create, own and deliver external communication campaigns that increase awareness and augment the reputation of CTXR initiatives among key audiences.
  • Develop go-to‑market plans and back‑of‑house roadmaps for CTXR marketing efforts.
  • Lead end‑to‑end campaign development, including configuration, duplication, positioning and launch.
  • Identify key audiences and build offer and messaging systems for campaign content.
  • Collaborate with CTXR program leads, product and business teams to align stakeholder outreach.
  • Establish internal processes, including drafting and reviewing business documentation and assignment proposals.
  • Create relationships with internal and external thought leaders to support campaign design and execution.
  • Drive project and budget ownership with large, cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of corporate, non‑temporary marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to senior initiatives.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
  • Experience with outbound communication programs.
  • 4‑year degree in marketing, communications or a related field (or equivalent professional training).
