Develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute partnership opportunities that align with business goals and objectives. Actively seek out new partnership opportunities and continuously monitor industry trends and developments. Conduct thorough research and due diligence on potential partners to evaluate their fit and potential impact on the company. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties. Monitor and track partnership performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior management. Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, representing Zendesk at industry events and conferences. Work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns with partners. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' partnership strategies to inform and improve our own approach. Act as a liaison between Zendesk and its partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination between both parties. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Zendesk's products and services to effectively communicate and promote them to partners. Continuously assess and improve partnership processes and strategies to drive maximum value and success for the company. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of partnerships.
