We are looking for a studentwho speaks Polish & Englishto support ourEnergy procurement & Sustainability consultants working inthe Central-European energy markets . We guarantee flexibility so you can combine your studies with work. What will you do? As a student,you will be working closely with energy consultants, external energy suppliers and other third parties in the Central European markets. Your key responsibilities will be: - collecting, processing and maintaining client’s contract data - gathering and confirming quotations - Preparing RFP's - helping consultants promptly respond to queries - updating templates and reports - managing follow up emails and sometimes calls What do we offer you? - You will be at the forefront of changes in the energy industry at a time when the biggest energy transition since the industrial revolution is taking place. - Training by a consultant expert - Unique atmosphere within young, ambitious and international team. - Remote work possible Who are we looking for? - A student willing to work & grow, available at least 20 hours/week - Working schedule is flexible and can be discussed - You are pursuing a Energy/Environmental degree or you pursue a math, physics,engineering,business administration or financedgree. - Proficient in English & Polish, both written and oral - Knowledge of Hungarian or Romanian is a nice to have - Quick learner who can work in a fast-paced environment - Persistent person who knows how to reach goals - Accurate and precise with a good eye for details - Well organized with a proactive approach - Experienced user of Microsoft office package especially Excel and Outlook - Interest in energy sector is a plus although extensive training will be provided
