Student Formation Officer
Qualification / Requirements
The Student Formation Officer is responsible for implementing the spiritual formation and values development programs of the Philippine College ofCriminology. He/She oversees the planning,
coordination, and delivery of multi-faith services and activities that foster students’ spiritual growth,
ethical development, and sense of social responsibility. The Student Formation Officer facilitates opportunities for worship, reflection,
community engagement, and interfaith dialogue while ensuring that programs respect and accommodate the diverse religious and spiritual backgrounds of the student population. The role also collaborates with student leaders, faculty members, religious organizations, and external partners to strengthen the institution’s commitment to holistic student development and character formation.
● Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in
Theology, Religious Education, Psychology,
Social Work, Education, or related fields.
● With relevant experience in campus ministry,
spiritual formation, youth development,
community engagement, or student affairs.
● Demonstrates strong interpersonal,
facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse faith traditions and backgrounds.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per hour
