Travel Consultant / Travel Associate (Onsite – Angeles, Pampanga)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Travel Consultant / Associate who will assist clients from inquiry to actual travel date. The role focuses on handling bookings, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth and excellent customer experience.

You will be working closely with our operations team and international partners to manage travel arrangements such as airport transfers, tours, and multi-city services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries from different channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Assist clients from quotation, booking, payment, up to travel date
  • Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and vouchers
  • Coordinate bookings with partner operators (local & international)
  • Manage and monitor daily reservations and schedules
  • Ensure all booking details are accurate and complete
  • Provide timely updates and support to clients during their trip
  • Handle customer concerns, feedback, and basic issue resolution
  • Perform administrative tasks related to bookings and operations
  • Maintain organized records of transactions and client information
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • At least 1 year experience in travel, customer service, or reservations is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills (English & Filipino)
  • Customer-focused, patient, and solution-oriented
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Knowledge of booking systems/tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with tour operations is an advantage
  • Background or interest in tech (e.g., CRM tools, automation, or blockchain in travel) is a plus
