Travel Sales Executive — Remote

Travel Sales Executive — Remote tuktukrental.com Level : Executive (Junior or Senior, depending on experience)

Location : Remote

Commitment : Five days a week, on a roster basis Small vehicles, big impact

We're all about authentic travel experiences that support local communities. At tuktukrental.com, we rent tuktuks to adventurous travellers while sharing the revenue with local tuktuk owners and the community. We've been fuelling epic road trips across Asia since 2016.

And here's the best part — we're just getting started. With operations in Sri Lanka and Cambodia, and more countries on the way (the Philippines among them), our team of tuktuk enthusiasts is driven — literally — to make travel more meaningful.

Our mission: bring smiles to faces, promote sustainable tourism, improve livelihoods, and make exploring new places as unforgettable as possible. Join us as we steer towards a world where every adventure counts. Let's make every mile matter. What you'll earn

Let's put this up front, because we know it matters. A base salary you can rely on, paid monthly.

Uncapped commission on every booking you close. No ceiling. Your best month is only limited by how many travellers you convert.

Tiered rates that climb as you sell more. Commission is calculated on marginal tiers, so pushing past your target lifts your rate on the extra volume — no cliff edges, no "almost made it" months.

Higher commission rates in low season. When demand softens, your earning rate goes up. We'd rather reward the hustle than watch you coast.

Commission on B2B partnerships too — sign an agent or operator and you earn on the bookings they send us, not just the first deal.

Transparent, auditable, paid on time. Commission is booked against the payment date, tracked in a live dashboard you can see. No guessing, no arguments at month end. Top performers here out-earn their base several times over. That's the point. About the Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for travellers and partners who want to explore Asia by tuktuk — from first enquiry to booked, paid, and on the road. You're selling Sri Lanka and Cambodia today, with new destinations (including the Philippines) opening as we expand. This is a Philippines-based remote role: you can live anywhere in the country with a stable connection.

We equally welcome applicants originally from Sri Lanka, Cambodia, or elsewhere who now live in the Philippines and bring extra travel knowledge and cultural insight. You love closing. You love travel.

Here you get both, plus the rare thing: every deal you close puts money directly into the pockets of a local tuktuk owner. What you'll actually do

B2C — turn travellers into road trippers

Manage inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, social, email and calls, converting them into bookings with persuasive, ethical selling.

Run free trip-planning sessions — part consultation, part sales call. Share routes, tips and hidden gems, build the excitement, close the booking.

Work a structured follow-up cadence. Most travellers don't book on day one; the money is in the follow-up, and you'll own that discipline.

Upsell and cross-sell add-ons and experiences, and move travellers between destinations — a Cambodia enquiry that becomes a Sri Lanka trip is still a win. B2B — build the partner channel

Prospect and sign travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, hostels and adventure-travel brands who can send us repeat volume.

Pitch group, incentive and corporate bookings.

Manage partner relationships so accounts grow year on year instead of going quiet after one season. Across both

Be a genuine destination expert. Travellers can smell a script. You'll know the routes, the road conditions, the seasons and the stops worth making.

Tell our impact story properly — how a tuktuk rental supports local livelihoods — because it closes deals and it happens to be true.

Keep the CRM clean and your pipeline honest.
