<p><strong>Dual-Certified PMHNP/FNP – Remote Inpatient Psychiatry</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-Time | W-2 or 1099</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 7-On/7-Off Rotation | <strong>Day Shift</strong> | Fast-Paced, 12-Hour Shifts</p><p><strong>Work Setting:</strong> Remote</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About PsychPlus</strong></p><p>At PsychPlus, our mission is to increase access to high-quality mental health care by integrating technology to improve patient outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>We are seeking experienced Dual-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP/FNPs) to join our remote inpatient behavioral health team.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide both <strong>psychiatric and medical care</strong>, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ongoing psychiatric care, and <strong>History & Physical (H&P) examinations</strong>.</li><li>Providers who are not dual-certified may be considered if they are comfortable and agreeable to providing <strong>both psychiatric and medical coverage</strong> when covering the site.</li><li>Provide care in a <strong>fast-paced, high-volume inpatient environment</strong> with 12-hour shifts.</li><li>See and manage inpatient psychiatric patients daily while addressing medical concerns as clinically indicated.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Up to $200K annually</strong></li><li>Compensation is based on experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>1 -2 years of Inpatient experiences required – no new graduates</li><li>Dual PMHNP/FNP certification preferred</li><li>Must be comfortable providing both psychiatric and medical care when covering the site.</li><li>5150 training and experience with California’s involuntary psychiatric hold process preferred.</li><li>Must hold multiple active state licenses and corresponding DEA registrations.</li><li>Licenses in high-demand states are strongly preferred, including Texas, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Florida, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, and Washington.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits (W-2)</strong></p><ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>CME</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you're an experienced provider who thrives in a <strong>fast-paced inpatient behavioral health environment</strong> and is comfortable providing both psychiatric and medical care remotely, we'd love to hear from you!</p>
