What You'll Do

āœ… Bid on projects via Upwork & PeoplePerHour (PPH)

āœ… Understand client requirements and prepare winning proposals

āœ… Communicate with global clients and generate qualified leads

āœ… Coordinate with internal teams for project scope & pricing

āœ… Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

āœ… Track bid performance and continuously improve conversion rates

We're Looking For

āœ”ļø 1+ year of experience in Upwork/PPH bidding or IT Business Development

āœ”ļø Excellent written English and proposal writing skills

āœ”ļø Knowledge of IT services, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or Software Solutions is a plus

āœ”ļø Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow
