URGENT HIRING: ENCODER

Job Summary:
The Encoder is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and records. The role ensures that all information encoded is complete, accurate, and properly organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encode data from documents, forms, reports, and other sources into the company system.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before encoding.
  • Update and maintain databases, records, and files.
  • Review encoded data and correct errors or discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents.
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and data trackers.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding missing or incorrect information.
  • Perform data checking and reconciliation when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • SHS graduate
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Good typing and data-entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to work under deadlines and with minimal supervision.

Pay: Up to Php695.00 per day
