The Qualifications We Seek Priority consideration will be given to qualified candidates who can start as soon as possible.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Cisco or other enterprise network environments; experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including firewalls, routers, switches, and collaboration solutions
  • Working knowledge of SD-WAN technologies, including Cisco Meraki and Catalyst SD-WAN
  • Experience supporting Unified Communications solutions, including Cisco Call Manager, Webex, VoIP, and SIP
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, and DHCP
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and monitoring is an advantage
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, is an advantage
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and network monitoring tools like LogicMonitor
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCDP, CCNP, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent are highly regarded
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical teams
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours or weekend support as required
Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to network alerts and support requests generated through monitoring platforms
  • Troubleshoot network incidents and recommend appropriate technical solutions
  • Perform minor software upgrades across enterprise network infrastructure
  • Conduct proactive health checks and performance assessments of client network environments
  • Assist engineers with technical investigations, information gathering, reporting, and incident resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while ensuring timely follow-up and communication
  • Develop, maintain, and improve technical knowledge base documentation
  • Communicate with clients through virtual meetings, email, messaging platforms, and phone calls
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations to support business-critical environments
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen network reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction
