Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe medical dictations, reports, and patient records with a high level of accuracy.
- Interpret and document physician notes, operative reports, histories, and physical examinations.
- Review transcribed documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Ensure proper use of medical terminology, abbreviations, and healthcare documentation standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
- Identify and clarify unclear or incomplete dictations when necessary.
- Manage transcription workloads and meet productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support teams to ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain organized records and support continuous process improvements.
- Graduate of any 4-year Allied Medical course such as Nursing, Medical Technology, or Pharmacy.
- Previous experience in medical scribing, healthcare documentation, or clinical work is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent active listening, typing, and auditory processing skills.
- Ability to accurately document while listening to live or recorded patient consultations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
- Willing to work night shifts supporting US-based clients.
