US Retail Recruiter | Work from home | Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized US Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a strong pipeline of qualified candidates within established timelines. This role requires excellent communication, sourcing, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and develop strategic sourcing and selection plans.
  • Execute high-volume recruitment activities in line with established hiring targets and timelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse, and qualified candidate pipeline using traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify and leverage local recruitment channels, including professional associations, schools, community organizations, job fairs, and competitor insights.
  • Conduct candidate engagement and manage the recruitment process from initial screening through offer and onboarding.
  • Conduct intake meetings with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Perform resume mining, proactive candidate searches, and other sourcing activities to meet hiring requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, recruitment vendors, associations, and external talent communities.
  • Gather feedback from hiring managers regarding candidates and new hires to continuously improve recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with business needs and organizational culture.
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics, hiring reports, and sourcing insights to stakeholders.

About you

  • 2–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in high-volume recruitment may also be considered and provided with training.
  • Experience in retail and/or wireless industries is an advantage.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and results-oriented approach to developing and executing sourcing strategies.
  • Strong drive for results, with the ability to meet and exceed hiring targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
