Job Description

We are looking for an experienced USRN Quality Analyst to join our healthcare BPO team. The ideal candidate has strong clinical experience, quality assurance expertise, and a solid background in US healthcare operations.

Qualifications

  • Active USRN licenseNew York license preferred
  • Active PHRN license
  • At least 3 years of acute hospital experience, preferably in ER/OR
  • Strong hospital/clinical experience
  • At least 1 year of UMR experience with InterQual and MCG
  • At least 2 years of Quality Analyst experience in a BPO setup
  • Experience in auditing, call monitoring, and adherence to call guidelines
  • Experience in people management/coaching
  • Strong background in US Healthcare accounts
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas
  • Must be amenable to a night shift schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality audits and evaluate healthcare customer interactions
  • Ensure adherence to established call guidelines, quality standards, and client requirements
  • Monitor and identify performance and process gaps
  • Provide coaching and actionable feedback to agents and healthcare staff
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements
  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to maintain high-quality healthcare services
  • Prepare quality reports and communicate audit findings to management
