Video Editor Remote - Day Shift (Urgent Hiring)

Be part of our dynamic content team producing high-impact short-form videos for leading social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. This role offers the opportunity to grow into longer-format projects such as documentary features and cinematic storytelling as your skills continue to develop.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with assigned projects to interpret creative briefs, incorporate feedback, and align videos with brand direction and project goals.

  • Independently manage assigned tasks and deadlines, ensuring consistent, on-time delivery of outputs.

  • Organize assets and maintain accurate version tracking throughout all stages of post-production.

  • Create engaging social media content (shorts, reels, and clips) with emphasis on rhythm, transitions, captions, sound design, and overall storytelling quality.

  • Reformat videos for multiple platforms while maintaining visual clarity and branding consistency.

  • Execute edits to a high professional standard, prioritizing narrative flow, pacing, and technical accuracy.

  • Complete assignments under an output-based structure and meet all agreed production timelines.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software

  • Proven experience creating social media optimized video content (mainly organic media)

  • Experience or familiarity with offline-to-online video editing workflow

  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to translate raw footage into compelling visual stories

  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

  • Interest or experience in long-form editing (documentaries, features) is a plus

  • Interest or experience in DaVinci color grading workflow is a plus

  • Reliable high speed internet and a professional home editing setup

  • Day shift availability (9AM - 6PM / 10AM - 7PM)

  • Sufficient storage capacity to handle 40 to 60 GB of file downloads daily
