Virtual Assistant
Company Description The Line Check is a hospitality-focused advisory firm that delivers fractional Chief Operating Officer-level leadership to restaurants, hotel F&B operations, and multi-unit hospitality concepts. The company helps owners and operators build scalable, consistent businesses by strengthening systems, leadership structures, culture, and profitability across front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Services include operational audits, standards assessments, ongoing fractional COO retainers, leadership and culture development, and the creation of systems and SOPs.
The Line
Check also supports clients with profitability strategies centered on labor, scheduling, menu performance, and cost discipline, as well as pre-opening and concept advisory for new locations and expansions. Clients range from single-location restaurants to growing hospitality groups, hotel operators, investors, and general managers seeking to build robust organizations rather than simply run shifts.
