Right Hand to CEO

We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to serve as a strategic support partner to the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both operational and creative responsibilities.

This is not an entry-level admin role — we are looking for someone who can think critically, improve systems, and help drive execution across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and manage spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and proformas

● Support project management across multiple departments and initiatives

● Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation

● Assist with operational efficiency and process improvement

● Coordinate priorities, timelines, and follow-ups on key projects

● Provide executive support and help manage CEO communication/tasks

● Create light graphic design assets for presentations, internal documents, or marketing support

● Help organize systems, files, and digital tools

● Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems before they escalate

● Support implementation and optimization of tech platforms and automations

Qualifications

● Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills (Google Sheets / Excel)

● Experience building reports, trackers, or financial/project proformas

● Strong project management and organizational experience

● Operations or SOP/process-building background preferred

● Tech savvy and quick to learn new platforms/tools

● Experience with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)

● Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)

● Excellent written communication and attention to detail

● Highly proactive, resourceful, and dependable

● Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
