The Role

As our Team Captain, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, performance, and discipline of assigned Virtual Assistants (VAs). This is a hands-on leadership role heavily focused on execution, accountability, and people management, ensuring consistent delivery of client outcomes and strong team engagement aligned with Reassist values.

Key Responsibilities

Team Performance & Daily Management
  • Lead Daily Operations: Drive daily VA management, task delivery monitoring, productivity tracking, and attendance monitoring.
  • Performance Standards: Ensure VAs meet all productivity targets, quality standards, and client-specific requirements with minimal rework.
  • Productivity Control: Actively track team performance via EMP Monitor, reviewing activity levels, idle time, work patterns, and addressing underperformance.
  • Processes & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date task process documentation and ensure systems accurately reflect team assignments
People Management, Coaching & Function Ownership
  • Lead Development: Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, team meetings, and manage VA onboarding/ integration.
  • Performance & Probation Reviews: Lead the execution of VA One-on-Ones, training needs identification, skills gap identification, and recognition programs. Support and Escalate performance and probation reviews.
  • Culture & Welfare: Lead employee welfare concerns, team engagement activities, grievances, and foster positive team morale.
Attendance, Discipline & Compliance
  • Discipline Management: Lead behavioral compliance, coaching logs, incident documentation, and initial factfinding for disciplinary matters or NTE/IR processes.
  • Leave & Exit Administration: Lead leave administration and support exit interviews, ensuring prompt communication of non-attendance to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict team adherence to company policies, reporting standards, and Password Manager management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in team leadership, people management, or supervisory roles within a BPO/VA environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent leadership experience in a high-volume BPO/VA environment will also be highly prioritized.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to highlevel Australian stakeholders, ER/COO, and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with monitoring software (e.g., EMP Monitor), training portals (EdApp), and database tools (Google Sheets, REPortal).
  • Mindset: Execution-focused, proactive, solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to accountability and employee retention.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
