Walmart Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Walmart Listing Specialist to manage and optimize product listings on the Walmart Marketplace. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Walmart Seller Center and understands how to create accurate, compliant, and high-converting listings that improve product visibility and drive sales.

This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing large product catalogs while maintaining listing accuracy and marketplace compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Management

  • Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Walmart Marketplace
  • Set up new products, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, and categories
  • Manage product variations such as size, color, and style
  • Perform bulk uploads and catalog updates as needed
  • Ensure all listing information is accurate and up to date

Listing Optimization

  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, key features, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Improve listing quality scores and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to increase sales

Walmart Seller Center Management

  • Navigate and manage daily tasks within Walmart Seller Center
  • Troubleshoot listing errors, unpublished items, and suppression issues
  • Monitor listing health and compliance with Walmart Marketplace policies
  • Coordinate with Walmart Seller Support to resolve account and catalog issues

Inventory & Pricing Updates

  • Update inventory quantities and pricing information
  • Monitor stock availability and communicate inventory concerns
  • Ensure pricing remains competitive while maintaining profitability

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track listing performance and marketplace metrics
  • Prepare reports on catalog status, sales trends, and optimization efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion rates

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace listings
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart Seller Center
  • Experience with product listing optimization and catalog management
  • Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Shopify
  • Knowledge of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization
  • Experience with bulk listing tools and inventory management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
