Warehouse Operative PM

Quest Employment is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced and growing logistics site in Derby.

This role is ideal for individuals with a solid warehouse background who are keen to upskill and progress. Full training will be provided on a High Level Order Picker (HLOP), giving you the opportunity to expand your skillset within a modern and well-structured warehouse operation.

Candidates who already hold FLT or MHE licences (including Reach Truck, Counterbalance, VNA, PPT, LLOP, or HLOP) will be at an advantage, although this is not a requirement.

Shift:

Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

  • Accurately picking and packing orders

  • Replenishing stock and relocating goods within the warehouse

  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries

  • Supporting goods-in and dispatch processes

  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe

  • Adhering to all health and safety guidelines

  • Undertaking training to operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP)

  • Carrying out general warehouse tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment is required

  • A willingness to train on and operate HLOP equipment

  • Any existing FLT or MHE licence (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, VNA, PPT, LLOP, HLOP, etc.) is beneficial

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Dependable, punctual, and hardworking

  • A positive approach with the ability to work independently and within a team

Please note: Due to the site location and limited public transport options, having your own transport is strongly recommended.

What’s in it for you?
