Six-month contract, full time, Remote within European time zones.

While generic AI struggles with hallucinations and shallow analysis, Fortune 500 brands need strategic intelligence they can trust with billion-dollar decisions. We're building the specialized AI that delivers it.

We are Stravito and this is the problem we solve.

Stravito transforms how Consumer Insights professionals and Brand Managers work by building AI that automates their core workflows while eliminating hallucinations. We help world-leading organizations across industries accelerate strategic decision-making by turning millions of market research documents into intelligent systems that generate reports, discover insights proactively, and synthesize knowledge across vast content libraries.

The Mission

Design plays a central role in how we build and talk about Stravito. You'll take our public website from where it is now to where it should be. You'll design and build the pages that matter most, tighten the theme everything runs on, and leave behind a site the next person can pick up and understand. Both halves of the work, done by one person, with no handover in the middle.

Who you'll work with

You'll work closely with our marketing team. They decide what the website needs to say. What we build in the product, and how we position it, reaches the website through them, and it moves fast. A lot of the work is campaign and landing pages for paid traffic, where every page has a clear job and someone is checking whether it does it.

You won't do this alone. Our Creative Director sets the art direction and creates the unique pieces when a page needs more than the system offers. Our Visual Designer makes campaign and content assets. An engineer is there for the heavy technical work. But the website is yours to drive, and the decisions about how it looks and how it's built are yours.

What you'll do

  • Design and build pages, campaign landing pages and new sections of stravito.com, from first sketch to live.

  • Turn positioning and campaign briefs into pages that work.

  • Build the modules that campaign and landing pages are made from, so marketing can move without waiting for you. Care about whether those pages convert.

  • Work in our HubSpot theme: templates, modules, the local build setup, and the discipline that keeps it tidy.

  • Write clean, hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript when the design needs more than the tools offer.

  • Keep the site fast, accessible and consistent. Treat performance and accessibility as design problems, not as someone else's checklist.

  • Document what you build and hand over a site someone else can run. This is part of the job from day one, not something for the last week.

  • Bring in the Creative Director and Visual Designer when a page needs art direction or new content, and run the rest on your own.

About you

  • You design and you code. You have several years of experience where you did the visual design and wrote the code that went live, on the same sites.

  • You have strong visual and typographic judgement. You can explain a layout decision without pointing at a mood board.

  • You're fluent in HTML and CSS, including modern layout, and comfortable enough with JavaScript to build the interactions you design.

  • You're comfortable in React, or close enough to be productive in a React codebase within a couple of weeks. HubSpot and HubL experience is a plus, not a must.

  • You know when to ask for help. An engineer is available for the hard technical parts, and people who use that support well move much faster than people who struggle alone.

  • You're happy to work from someone else's brief. Marketing decides what the site says. You decide how it looks and how it's built, with art direction from our Creative Director when a page needs it. If you need to own the message too, this isn't the right fit.

  • You build landing pages fast without leaving a mess. You use reusable modules where it makes sense and one-offs where speed matters, and you know the difference.

  • Reliable, able to self manage and keep people updated without being chased.

  • You use AI in your work.

Nice to have

  • Motion and interaction design, in code or in After Effects.

  • Experience with marketing websites for B2B software.

  • A personal website you built yourself and still like.

The practical details

  • Six-month contract, full time.

  • This is a contractor position.

  • Fully remote. You need to be based within two hours of Central European Time.

How to apply

The application form asks you to share two or three live sites and to tell us, for each one, what you designed and what you coded yourself. Please be specific.

We look forward to hearing from you!
