Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text, providing friendly, reassuring communication that reflects Brighthush’s high standards. Appointment Scheduling Use ServiceTitan to schedule plumbing, heating, and air‑conditioning appointments, ensuring accuracy and timely updates for both customers and technicians. Data Management Gather, verify, and record customer, property, and service information in our CRM, maintaining meticulous records that support seamless service delivery. Internal Coordination Relay critical messages and updates to technicians, managers, and other team members, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned. Administrative Support Assist with other administrative tasks as needed—such as updating service logs, preparing reports, or handling special requests—to keep operations running smoothly. Quality Assurance Monitor customer interactions for compliance with Brighthush’s service guidelines, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement. Schedule & Remote Work Requirements As a weekend‑focused role, your primary hours will be Friday 830 a.m. – 430 p.m. Saturday 730 a.m. – 230 p.m. Sunday 730 a.m. – 230 p.m. Additional hours may be available based on company needs and your availability. All work will be performed remotely from within the state of Georgia. To succeed, you’ll need a quiet, distraction‑free workspace, reliable high‑speed internet, and a dependable computer setup capable of handling simultaneous calls, emails, and scheduling tasks.
