The role

REBEL Wellbeing & Resiliency Coaches are an integral part of the REBEL experience, ensuring a world-class coaching experience for our customers and helping us reach more people around the world. We’re looking for highly motivated mental health professionals to join our REBEL team.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 wellbeing and resiliency coaching sessions to support clients.

Facilitate group sessions that promote positive mental health, resilience, and wellbeing.

Develop and research evidence-informed wellbeing resources and modules.

Engage assigned clients through effective communication and relationship-building.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports using internal systems.

Collaborate with the Operations Team and fellow coaches to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga

Active Registered Psychometrician (RPm) license (PRC).

Completed a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field.

Candidates preparing to take the Philippine Psychologist Licensure Examination are encouraged to apply.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Fluent in English and Filipino.

Willing to work morning, mid, or night shifts, including weekends.

Self-motivated, collaborative, reliable, and committed to continuous learning.
