Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Appointment Setter (Outbound Cold Calling & Email) to support their sales pipeline across multiple companies. The primary focus of this role will be identifying new prospects, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers, highly organized with CRM management, and comfortable working toward measurable weekly and monthly KPIs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible within client business hours UTC−5 Cayman Island timezone (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new prospects based on target markets and ideal customer profiles.
  • Work through existing databases to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria.
  • Build and maintain accurate, targeted prospect lists.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up on quotations and proposals when required.
  • Re-engage older, inactive, and dormant leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, lead statuses, activities, and follow-up tasks.
  • Support lead generation campaigns across multiple companies and target markets.
  • Track daily activities and contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting.
  • Consistently work toward established lead generation, outreach, and appointment-setting KPIs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, outbound sales, or business development.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Confident communicating with business owners, property owners, and decision-makers.
  • Experience with outbound calling and email prospecting.
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify relevant prospects.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Persistent and comfortable with regular follow-up and rejection.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working toward measurable KPIs and sales targets.
