WFH Customer Service & Enrollment Coordinator (Dance Studio)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a professional and customer-centric Customer Service & Enrollment Coordinator (Dance Studio) to support a dance education program. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families, providing information about programs and following up on leads to drive student enrollment. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of student registration and ensure that administrative operations run smoothly between daytime and evening shifts.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide information about dance programs and services
  • Follow up on contacts and leads to convert them into enrolled students
  • Register and enroll children in dance classes
  • Send and schedule emails during business hours
  • Manage calendar and email communications
  • Update and maintain client records and databases
  • Coordinate and communicate information with evening shift staff
  • Handle general administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents, grandparents, and students
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably with US-based clients required
  • Experience with CRM systems and record management
  • Strong communication skills for phone and email interactions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal training required
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with families and children
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
