WFH Email Marketing Copywriter (Summit Campaigns)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for an Email Marketing Copywriter responsible for producing high-quality, conversion-focused email campaigns that support online summits and educational programs. The primary focus will be writing transactional and promotional summit emails, adapting affiliate swipe copy into the HeartMind voice, and supporting the Lead Copywriter with marketing campaigns across the customer journey.

This role is perfect for someone who loves both psychology and marketing—someone who enjoys using AI as a creative partner without sacrificing originality, strategy, or brand integrity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flex time, EST (25-30 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Summit Email Marketing: Write transactional email campaigns for online summits and events; create reminder, access, schedule, replay, and deadline emails; optimize subject lines and preview text for higher open rates; build engaging email sequences that improve attendance and upgrade conversions; ensure messaging is clear, accurate, and emotionally engaging.
  • Affiliate Copy Adaptation: Rewrite affiliate swipe copy into the authentic HeartMind voice; maintain each partner's intent while strengthening clarity, brand consistency, and conversions; customize messaging for different audiences while preserving campaign goals.
  • Marketing Email Support: Assist the Lead Copywriter in producing promotional campaigns; draft launch emails, nurture sequences, bonus announcements, and promotional content; edit and proofread copy for grammar, tone, and brand consistency; collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • AI-Enhanced Copywriting: Use AI tools to improve research, brainstorming, outlining, and first drafts; know when AI helps—and when human creativity, judgment, and emotional intelligence are essential; edit, refine, and elevate AI-assisted copy into polished, high-converting marketing assets.
