WFH Shopify Store Administrator & Content Creator

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a dedicated Shopify Store Administrator & Content Creator to support a growing e-bike startup during its seasonal ramp-up. This role involves a blend of creative, marketing, and administrative responsibilities, working in direct collaboration with the business owner on daily priorities and deliverables. The position is expected to evolve and expand as the business scales into the spring and summer months.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the Shopify-based e-commerce website, ensuring product listings and content remain current and visually appealing
  • Maintain brand consistency across social media platforms through regular posting and content scheduling
  • Create engaging short-form video content such as reels from provided raw materials
  • Research and reach out to potential suppliers and parts providers via email on behalf of the business
  • Provide general administrative support including correspondence and vendor coordination
  • Monitor and optimise online store performance to support seasonal sales growth
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience with Shopify store management and editing
  • Proven background in social media marketing and content creation for product-based businesses
  • Strong written communication skills for professional outreach and correspondence
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain brand standards
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
