This position is an airport member within the customer experience department.

  • scheduling meetings

  • Processes death notices and coordinates communications and local responses

  • Maintains employee records as required
  • Prepares station meeting plan including monthly emergency response
  • Get and manage a variety of reports at different times, including performance, audits, expenses, engagement and employee recognition, etc.
  • Updates classroom requirements manuals and maintains all safety related materials
  • Acts as a basis for various payment services
  • Manages records for OSHA, safety, etc. (301, weekly and yearly)
  • Assist in budget preparation and reconciliation, including monthly closing of fall payments.
  • Supports research projects as required
  • Track and determine the amount of incentives received
  • Collaborate with CRE / agencies and vendors to track local projects as needed
  • Leads/leads work with other support staff as required
  • Performs other duties as required
