We are actively hiring a senior executive assistant who will provide long‐term support to senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies within the finance industry. The role is 100% remote and offers flexible business‐hour scheduling with no night or weekend work.

About the Position

As an executive assistant and employee of Boldly, you will provide top‐notch administrative support to senior‐level executives. Your responsibilities span calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, email and expense oversight, as well as other executive‐administrative tasks as needed.

  • Strategically manage complex executives' calendars
  • Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel
  • Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
  • Maximize the executive's time through research, correspondence routing, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating calls on their behalf
  • Manage multiple email inboxes for executives
  • Oversee expense reports and reimbursements
  • Perform additional executive‐admin duties as required

About You

  • 7+ years in a senior administrative or executive‐assistant role supporting multiple high‐level executives in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and technology skills; comfortable leveraging productivity tools (Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, etc.).
  • Proactive, dynamic, and results‐oriented with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and under tight deadlines.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and a desire to help others succeed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of direct experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant.
  • Minimum 4 years of calendar management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of executive travel coordination.
  • Minimum 2 years of managing and organizing senior leaders' email inboxes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self‐directed and resilient under deadlines.
  • Fast learner of new tools and technologies.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $27–$31, adjusted by location.

  • California & New York: $29 per hour
  • Washington, New Jersey, Colorado, & Massachusetts: $28 per hour
  • All other locations: $27 per hour
