Manager, Revenue Cycle Analytics – EPIC Reporting

Job Description:

  • Develop and monitor revenue cycle reporting covering submitted volumes, collections, team productivity metrics and company KPIs from multiple software packages
  • Produce data-driven presentation decks focused on risks and growth areas
  • Lead the sourcing, creation and development of reporting, dashboards and presentations
  • Manage individual contributors responsible for data retrieval, auditing and analysis
  • Communicate directly with Product Development, Executive Management, Compliance and Auditing stakeholders
  • Produce process documentation and workflow diagrams supporting efficient and accurate operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in healthcare management leading a team of individual contributors, preferably focused on analytics
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, communicate, create and deliver data analysis that facilitates efficient problem resolution and supports continuous improvement process
  • Experience overseeing projects and processes requiring complex problem-solving across short- and long-term timelines
  • Background as a business analyst, report writer, project manager or similar role
  • Experience monitoring KPIs and reporting on variances, risks and process improvement opportunities
  • Strong working knowledge of physician-based Revenue Cycle workflows within Epic Professional Billing (PB Resolute)
  • Epic Reporting experience, including Slicer Dicer, Workbench Reporting, Caboodle and/or Cogito
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, BigQuery, SQL and Lucid
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including development and maintenance of reporting requirements and presentation decks
  • Ability to analyze and interpret status and outcome reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
