We're hiring a Regional Event Team to run intimate concerts across the Carolinas. We're on the lookout for passionate, reliable and friendly Event Crew & Event Managers to support and manage our shows across the entire region. This is a part-time role, perfect for those who thrive in live event environments and are excited to grow with a creative, expanding business!

Availability:

  • Fridays and Saturdays

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Crew’s General Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Guest check-in and seating
  • Be a liaison to Musicians and Venue Staff
  • Assist with the event setup, providing lighting and ambience; then assisting with breakdown and closing of the event
  • Ensure a smooth and memorable Guest experience
  • Troubleshoot and lead with calm professionalism

Event Manager’s General Responsibilities:

  • Manage Guest check-in and seating
  • Be the main liaison for Musicians and Venue Staff
  • Manage the event setup, lighting and ambience; then assisting with breakdown and closing of the event
  • Ensure a smooth and memorable Guest experience
  • Troubleshoot and manage each show with calm professionalism

What We're Looking For In Our Regional Event Team:

Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills that are paired with a passion for events and an enthusiasm for engaging with attending Guests and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Access Control: Maintain a safe environment for attendees, staff, and performers.

Crowd Management & De-escalation: Ability to remain calm and kindly assertive in high-stress, emotional, or confrontational situations and politely de-escalate unruly behavior.

Emergency Response: Contacting necessary help and assisting with medical issues.

Pre-Event: Be aware of venue layouts, emergency exits, and coordinate security posts.

Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long periods and navigate crowded spaces quickly and lift ~50 lbs during setup and breakdown.

Transportation & Travel: Must have a car or the ability to get to shows across the entire region. Must be willing to drive up to 2 and a half hours to an event, with mileage reimbursement given!

Please be aware that a willingness to travel a long distance to each event is a must, as you will be driving throughout the entire region. We have concerts in cities such as: Gastonia, Asheville, Fayetteville, Rock Hill, Columbia, Statesville, Greensboro, Yadkinville, etc.
