Responsibilities

  • Build and grow client relationships through proactive outreach
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce training provided) to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
  • Assist in negotiations to help close deals
  • Learn product features and support basic technical sales conversations
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve sales techniques, communication, and strategy
  • Contribute insights and feedback during team meetingsQualifications
  • No experience required — we provide complete training
  • Prior exposure to sales, negotiation, or B2B outreach is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing or technical sales is helpful
  • CRM experience (Salesforce) is beneficial but not necessary
