Position: Medical Call Center Rep (REMOTE)| $16/hr. Weekly Pay & Benefits

Equipment Provided
Projected Start Date: November 2nd, 2026

Shift availability: Must be able to work any assigned 8 hours shift Mon–Fri, 8 AM–9PM CST



Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Process inbound calls assisting patients with medical related inquiries and may complete some outbound follow up calls.
  • Review patient information regarding medications, services, and procedures.
  • Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Document all activities in the system for tracking and audits.


Qualifications but not limited to:

  • 1+ year of RECENT, Call Center experience in a high volume setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted).
