  • Run monthly demand reviews with regional partners and lead the demand step of a newly formalized, integrated S&OP process spanning demand, supply, commercial and finance
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to build the consensus demand plan, and represent demand planning at the consensus and executive tiers of S&OP
  • Run an in-month global pacing view to surface revenue risks and opportunities early enough for supply to act
  • Provide timely in-season analysis on promotions, events and launches, ensuring stakeholders understand results and downstream implications
  • Define and own forecast KPIs at a consistent lag cadence, and use them to drive continuous improvement across the team
  • Drive Quarterly Category Hindsight reviews, Product Lifecycle Management, and assortment optimization, including discontinuation triggers to reduce SLOB exposure
  • Lead product ranking and core-SKU definition across the business to drive inventory strategy and protect never-out-of-stock items
  • Drive the new-product-launch market forecast consolidation and approval process in partnership with Product Marketing, integrating demand planning earlier in the Stage Gate process
  • Serve as the demand planning lead on the Oracle Planning Central (OPC) implementation, moving the team off manual workarounds and tuning the statistical forecast baseline to the business
  • Ensure planning tools efficiently utilize the demand plan as the primary driver, along with key data inputs from costing and operations, to drive supply planning activities
  • Hire, manage, and develop the Global Category Demand Planning team, building capability and coverage as the function scales globally
