Warehouse Assistant

Position Summary

NEPA Wholesale is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and office operations. This fast-paced role requires strong communication, customer service, organizational, and computer skills.

Strong multitasking ability is essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable entering data accurately, assisting customers over the phone, coordinating customer orders, and supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily warehouse and office operations.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer and order information in company systems.
  • Use basic computer programs and company software to process and review information.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers with questions about orders, products, deliveries, and general inquiries.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, sales representatives, drivers, warehouse employees, and management.
  • Process, organize, and verify customer orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and electronic records.
  • Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Assist with order preparation and general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Complete additional duties assigned by management.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
