About the role: We, at reputed company, are looking for highly-skilled remote senior data analysts who will provide credentialed data expertise and technical analysis support to both internal and external (client) product and project teams. Job responsibilities - Develop complex data analysis methodologies and predictive data models for assessing outcomes - Develop and lead projects that include a variety of advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic assignments - Collect, cleanse, analyze data and create detailed reports to help businesses have insightful information - Provide relevant data-related reports to impact the leadership and key community stakeholders for decision-making, action planning, and continuous improvement - Offer technical assistance and build understanding among partners about the effective use of data - Build systems and tools for effective data management, visualization, and interpretation with tools like Tableau or Power BI (systems design, dashboards, information graphics, mapping) - Proactively participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement processes Job requirements - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics (or equivalent experience) - At least 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or business data analyst (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers) - Expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques - Solid understanding of reporting packages (Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, etc), databases (SQL, etc), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks) - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to utilize statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, reputed company, etc) - Solid knowledge of queries, report writing, and presenting findings - Fluency in English language for effective communication - Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones Apply Job!
