We are proud of the clean operation that we run and looking for others who can contribute to our growth.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Full setup and operations of CNC lathe machines for production<br>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T<br>Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining<br>Troubleshoot machining and production issues<br>Support setup, first article inspections, and process improvements<br>Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production teams to maintain quality and efficiency<br><br>Qualifications<br>Experience with setting up & running CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment (ideally aerospace)<br>Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and tolerances<br>Ability to read blueprints and inspection measurements<br>Experience with multi-axis or live-tool lathes is a plus<br><br>Interested in hearing more?
