As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:  

- Efficiently organize and book appointments for customers 

- Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries 

- Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment 

- Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations 

- Provide excellent customer service both via phone and email 

- Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service 

- Continuously update knowledge of the company's services and procedures 

- Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations

- Interest in the healthcare industry 
- Previous experience in customer service or Backoffice 
- Experience with Salesforce
